Jammy earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, graduating with Highest Honors, and her Juris Doctor–Master of Business Administration (JD-MBA) from Far Eastern University–De La Salle University, Philippines, where she graduated as Valedictorian.

She is admitted to practice law in California and the Philippines and is fluent in English and Tagalog.
